With extensive exposure to various areas of litigation, labor law, agrarian reform and estate planning/succession, Horex is exemplary especially in handling disciplinary action cases, collective bargaining, strikes and lock-outs, agrarian cases and estate planning and settlement.
Horex has represented companies belonging to the top 100 corporations in the Philippines involved in energy, petroleum, geothermal, coal, transshipping and transport industries.
He also served as legal adviser to the top executives and senior management of these companies.
Horex obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines in Diliman in 1977, graduating in the honor's list. He then received his degree in Bachelor of Laws also from the University of the Philippines in Diliman in 1981. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1982.← Back to People
