Khalfan Khalifa Al-Shamsi is a UAE national lawyer residing in Dubai, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Modern Sciences (UMS) in Dubai, and a Professional Diploma in Future Government Consultation from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. He has extensive professional experience, including roles as a lawyer at Nasser Mal Allah Advocates & Legal Consultants, he has also previously worked at the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, and at Dubai Customs.
