Mary Rintu Raju is adept at advising multinational corporations, small businesses and individual clients on various labour issues involving Employment disputes; assisting with drafting of Employment Agreement, HR Handbook, Settlement Agreements, Secondment Agreements; advising on end-of-service-benefits and employee stock option plans; assisting multinational companies in investigation of employee misconducts and other disciplinary meetings; and completing compliances with all employment regulatory bodies in the UAE.
Her expertise also includes resolving various immigration issues ranging from absconding employees, entry - exit bans, labour ban and all employment-related immigration penalties and other disputes.
