Olivia de Paris is a criminal lawyer based in Milan and Florence.
In particular, she is an expert of economic criminal law, tax criminal law and administrative liability of entities about Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
She offers comprehensive legal assistance to both individuals and legal entities, public and private, operating across a lot of sectors of the economy, serving as a Supervisory Board and advising on the drafting of Models 231.
She is also enrolled in the lists of public defenders held by the Milan Bar Association and in Legal Aid, dedicating her skills to support those in lesser financial standing.
As a member of the Management Committee of the Milan Criminal Chamber School, Olivia contributes to the legal community by collaborating with specialised journals, writing insightful articles in legal subjects.
A member of the Bar since 2015, she received her law degree from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University of Milan and completed the school of Specialisation for Legal Professions.
