Saloni Seth is an Associate in the Rental and Leasing Department at Kaden Boriss. She advises and represents clients in a wide range of tenancy and leasing matters, supporting litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and enforcement proceedings under UAE tenancy and leasing laws.
Her practice focuses on tenancy disputes arising from residential and commercial properties, including eviction proceedings, rent recovery, lease renewals, early termination claims, sub-letting, and enforcement of landlords’ and tenants’ rights. She regularly assists clients before the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDC), UAE Federal Courts, and other relevant authorities in accordance with applicable UAE tenancy legislation.
