Biography
Viraj Jain is Of Counsel – Business Strategy & International Markets (UK & Middle East) at Kaden Boriss, supporting the firm’s international business strategy, client development and cross-border mandates across the United Kingdom and Middle East.
Viraj brings extensive experience across finance, operations, technology and business strategy, having worked with organisations in both the UK and UAE. His professional experience includes leading digital transformation and operational optimisation initiatives within large-scale institutions, including NHS Professionals, where he worked on digital transformation projects supporting a staff bank of more than 180,000 members across the UK public healthcare sector. He has also worked with a leading UK asset management institution with more than £300 billion in group assets under management, contributing to strategy, digital optimisation and operational efficiency programmes.
Having worked across the UK, UAE and Indian markets, Viraj has developed a strong understanding of cross-border business environments and the practical considerations involved in establishing, expanding and managing international operations.
At Kaden Boriss, his role focuses on business strategy, international market development, strategic alliances, client coordination and cross-border opportunities, particularly connecting businesses, investors and professional networks across the UK and Middle East.
Viraj works closely with the firm’s leadership and clients on identifying strategic opportunities, developing international relationships and facilitating market-entry and expansion initiatives. His approach combines institutional-level processes with a commercially focused understanding of international business and stakeholder management.
He holds a BSc in Business and Management from the University of London, is a Certified Practicing Business Analyst with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and an APMG-certified Agile Project Manager.
